Rejuvenlyplant provides personalised outdoor activity planning services delivered as digital products. Our product range includes the Weekend Wanderer Plan, designed for beginners seeking gentle woodland and park routes; the Summit Explorer Plan, offering comprehensive mountain day itineraries; the Coastal Discovery Plan, featuring cliff paths and seaside trails with tide schedules; and fully bespoke activity plans tailored to individual requirements. All plans are delivered digitally in PDF format with accompanying map links and preparation checklists.
Our services are informational and planning tools intended to assist you in organising outdoor activities. They do not constitute professional guiding services, and we do not accompany you on any outdoor activity. You are solely responsible for your safety and preparedness when following any plan provided by Rejuvenlyplant.
To purchase an outdoor activity plan, you may submit an order through our contact form or by directly communicating with our team. When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your activity preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide, as this directly affects the quality and suitability of your personalised plan.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Rejuvenlyplant. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to fulfil the plan due to insufficient information provided by the customer. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.
All prices displayed on rejuvenlyplant.world are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated. The Weekend Wanderer Plan is priced at £39, the Summit Explorer Plan at £89, and the Coastal Discovery Plan at £64. Bespoke plan pricing is provided upon consultation and confirmed before work commences.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for. Payment must be received in full before plan delivery unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept payment through methods specified during the ordering process.
Digital outdoor activity plans are delivered via email to the address provided during ordering. Standard delivery time is within forty-eight hours of order confirmation and payment receipt. Express delivery options may be available upon request through our contact page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, though we make every reasonable effort to meet stated timeframes.
Upon delivery, you receive a licence to use the plan content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print copies for personal use during your outdoor activities but may not redistribute, resell, publish, or share the plan content with third parties without written permission from Rejuvenlyplant.
All content on rejuvenlyplant.world, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, route descriptions, map data compilations, photographs, and plan documents, is the property of Rejuvenlyplant or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The Rejuvenlyplant name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of Rejuvenlyplant. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent. Route data incorporated into our plans may include publicly available information, but our specific compilations, descriptions, timing recommendations, and supplementary materials constitute original creative works protected by copyright.
When using our outdoor activity plans, you acknowledge and accept the following responsibilities. You must assess your own fitness level and ensure you are capable of completing the planned activity safely. You must check current weather conditions, trail closures, and access restrictions before departing. You must carry appropriate equipment, navigation tools, food, water, and emergency supplies as recommended in your plan checklist.
You must inform someone of your planned route and expected return time before undertaking any outdoor activity. You must respect private property, follow the Countryside Code, and adhere to all local regulations and bylaws. You must not rely solely on our plans for navigation and should carry backup navigation methods such as physical maps and compass.
Outdoor activities inherently involve risks including but not limited to uneven terrain, adverse weather, wildlife encounters, and physical exertion. By using our plans, you accept these risks and agree that Rejuvenlyplant is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in outdoor activities.
Our outdoor activity plans and website services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rejuvenlyplant disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of route information, conditions on the ground can change due to weather events, maintenance work, seasonal closures, and natural processes. We do not warrant that route information will be current at the time of your activity, that trails will be accessible, or that estimated timings will match your personal pace. Plans are updated periodically, but real-time conditions may differ from published information.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Rejuvenlyplant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
