We are committed to customer satisfaction and want you to feel confident when purchasing our personalised outdoor activity plans, including the Weekend Wanderer Plan, Summit Explorer Plan, Coastal Discovery Plan, and bespoke activity planning services.
Because our products are digital goods customised based on your preferences and delivered electronically, our return policy differs from policies applicable to physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase to understand your rights and our procedures.
All outdoor activity plans sold by Rejuvenlyplant are digital products delivered via email in PDF format with accompanying digital map links and preparation checklists. Once a plan has been delivered to your email address, the digital content becomes accessible to you immediately. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel a contract for digital content may be lost once download or streaming of the digital content has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right to cancel.
By completing your purchase and receiving your plan, you acknowledge that you understand the digital nature of the product and agree to the delivery terms described in this policy.
If you have not yet received your outdoor activity plan, you may cancel your order and request a full refund at any time before delivery. Once delivery has occurred, you have fourteen days from the date of delivery to request a refund, provided you have not downloaded, opened, or used the plan content. To initiate a return within this period, contact us through our get-in-touch page with your order details and reason for the return request.
For bespoke outdoor activity plans that have been partially or fully customised based on your specific requirements, the standard fourteen-day return period applies from the date of final delivery. If significant customisation work has been completed at your request before you cancel, a partial charge for work already performed may apply.
We will provide a full refund in the following circumstances related to our outdoor activity planning products:
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations. You changed your mind after downloading or viewing the plan content, as the digital product has been consumed. The outdoor activity was unsuitable for your fitness level despite accurate difficulty ratings being provided in the plan description. Weather conditions prevented you from completing the planned activity, as outdoor conditions are beyond our control. Trail conditions differed from those described due to changes occurring after plan creation and delivery. You were unable to complete the route due to personal circumstances unrelated to the plan content. You purchased the wrong plan type but the delivered content accurately matches the product you ordered.
In cases where you are dissatisfied with a plan for reasons not covered by our eligible refund criteria, we encourage you to contact us. We may offer a complimentary revision, credit toward a future purchase, or other resolution at our discretion.

Include your full name, email address used for the order, order date, product purchased, and a detailed explanation of your refund request. Our team will acknowledge your request within one business day and review it within three business days.
If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within five to ten business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been processed. If your refund is denied, we will provide a clear explanation of the reason and suggest alternative resolutions where possible.
Before requesting a refund, consider whether a plan revision might address your concerns. Rejuvenlyplant offers complimentary revisions for all standard plans within seven days of delivery. Revision requests may include adjusting route difficulty, changing starting points, modifying distance or duration, updating seasonal recommendations, or correcting minor inaccuracies in the plan content.
Bespoke plan customers receive up to two revision rounds included in the purchase price. Additional revisions beyond this allowance may incur a supplementary fee communicated before work begins. Revision requests should be submitted through our get-in-touch page with specific details about the changes needed.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to provide evidence of product delivery and your acceptance of our terms to the payment processor. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback, as we are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly and fairly.
Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
